It all started when…

BRANDfit partnered with InCommunity, Georgia’s largest and most innovative solutions provider for people with developmental disabilities, to create a new brand name and identity. What’s more, the strategic process needed to help bond two distinct organizational cultures under one banner after a recent merger. The name would serve as important a role internally for staff, leaders, and the Board of Directors, as is would externally for families, media and donors. After a comprehensive Discovery process, BRANDfit worked with InCommunity’s strategic leadership team to shape their “Why” mission and purpose statements, and socialize a visionary new name and tagline throughout the organization. Launch activation included a Gala reveal, social media, donor outreach and an internal communications program.
